The City of San Diego | Transportation Department Strategic Plan 

The FY24 Transportation Department Strategic Planning initiative, managed by the Craftwater and Villa Civil team, is designed to enhance operational alignment with the City’s strategic objectives. The project encompasses key tasks such as detailed project management and coordination, the development of a Director Action Plan in line with the Mayor’s Strategic Plan, and facilitating management and division workshops. These steps aim to clarify departmental roles, address challenges, and establish clear goals. The effort will result in a strategic plan drafted in collaboration with department leadership and refined through a comprehensive review process before being finalized in a visually engaging format. This plan is not just a blueprint for the upcoming fiscal year, but a step toward a more focused and efficient Transportation Department articulated through a newly developed brand identity.
