Villa Civil is a woman-owned, full-service civil engineering firm that prides itself on providing municipal perspective and innovative solutions for public works projects. We are focused on the transportation and water resources sectors, providing strategic planning, design, construction management, and funding support to clients across California. We are certified through the State of California as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), Small Business (SB), and Women Business Enterprise (WBE).
Villa Civil was founded in 2020 to support local agencies and clients in the strategic and efficient delivery of public works projects. We’re passionate about creating smart and sustainable solutions for transportation and water resource problems that our clients face.
